• Upon receipt of the file, a data enrichment done for new contact data;
  • The data is segmented into area/suburb, grids ,blocks and streets – for municipalities;
  • For other clients, the data is segmented as per the determined profiling criteria;
  • Agents physically go out to verify and update the information;
  • Information is updated and uploaded into software after which a update report is sent to the client in the agreed format;
  • Where there are no contact the details and address – the Deeds register is used for tracing the registered owner of the property and updating the details.
