Our trace agents are some of the most experience and are equipped with the latest databases and technology. Our tracing process includes the following generic steps:
- Clean-up of data and importing new information;
- Client / Employer is called to confirm details, i.e. address, contacts, etc.;
- Where required telephonic tracing is done again;
- Documents are printed and or batched;
- Documents are send to Tracing agents in the specific area by courier or overnight post;
- Trace packs are followed up to make sure time frames are adhered to;
- Completed trace packs are received back, updated and quality checked before delivery to credit provider / client.
